Donald M. Tippett, Jr. has over 35 years of industry experience and has worked extensively with many Fortune 500 companies in executive benefit design and funding. In May 2012, Don left MullinTBG (a Prudential subsidiary company) to form TMH with his partner Mike Moorhead. TMH now has a broader platform from which to assist companies and affluent individuals alike. The platform they have built offers proprietary access to a large number of products and services.
Prior to starting TMH, Don was a Senior Executive Vice President at MullinTBG and also co-founded the predecessor company, TBG Financial, in 1982. Prior to founding TBG, Don was with Mass Mutual where he specialized in business insurance, estate planning and group benefits. He received his degree in business from USC in 1972 and holds Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. He also received his CLU designation in 1980.
